We are looking for an enthusiastic and inspiring individual to develop Early Years Wales ‘CPD programme to develop the early years’ workforce and meet the needs of parents of 0-5 yr olds.
Early Years Wales is a specialist umbrella organisation dedicated to the development of children aged 0-5 years through the provision of quality assured, structured and creative play opportunities for children within Wales. If you have the skills and experience to support the early years workforce and support parents of 0-5 year olds this is an opportunity to work with us and shape the Early Years Wales Professional Development Programme.

Purpose of the role:
To develop and deliver the Early Years Wales Continuous Professional Development Programme to the Early Years workforce and support to parents throughout Wales. Act as Early Years Wales champion and promote its aims
Hours of work: 35 hours per week 52 weeks of the year Monday – Friday
Salary: £28,410 per annum
Benefits: 23 days holiday per annum plus bank holidays, increasing on length of service. 4% employer contribution to company pension.
Location: Cardiff Head Office

Probationary period: 6 months
