With just one week until the GDPR deadline, it is important for settings to use this time to prepare and make sure they are compliant with the new regulations. Don’t ignore it, as it applies to all businesses no matter how big or small.
We have added a new dedicated webpage to our website, which is regularly updated with useful links and resources, which should answer any queries you have surrounding GDPR.

Wales PPA are currently recruiting for Freelance Quality for All Assessor’s to assess childcare providers on their high-quality standards, enabling them to achieve Wales PPA’s quality assurance scheme, Quality for All, (QfA).

Did you know we have recently updated our Registers?
Our Attendance Registers are an essential tool for keeping precise records of attendance at your setting.
This bilingual publication as a high visibility cover and provides space to register up to 48 children and 10 staff, for 52 weeks of the year. Its format is designed with shorter pages, eliminating any need for folding to align with names.
It allows for plenty of other useful information to be kept including: term dates, emergency contact details and children’s details.
Our Attendance Register features a sample of ‘Child’s Signing in and Out Sheet’; to be completed by the person dropping off and collecting the child, which supports your safeguarding procedures. The sheet has been designed to be easily photocopied & purchasers will now also receive access to a downloadable version sent via email.
